Quality Control
At AIRAO HAIR, quality is not just a standard – it’s our fundamental commitment to every customer. We adhere to a 7-step strict quality control (QC) process throughout production, and crucially, each product undergoes 2 separate inspections: one upon completion of manufacturing, and a second final check right before shipping. This double-verification system ensures that every toupee, wig, and hair product leaving our factory meets the highest benchmarks of durability, comfort, and natural appearance.
Our Rigorous QC Process
• Raw Material Inspection: Every batch of human hair is screened for texture, thickness, and consistency – we only select 100% premium human hair with no synthetic blends, ensuring softness and a natural shine.
• PU/Lace Material Testing: Our 0.02 ultra-thin PU skin, Swiss lace, and other base materials undergo tensile strength and skin-friendly tests to guarantee comfort, breathability, and long-lasting wear.
• Production Craftsmanship Check: Each piece is inspected during stitching/knitting to ensure uniform knotting density and natural hair growth direction – no loose threads, uneven spacing, or misaligned hair strands.
• Bleach Knots Verification: For bleach knot products, we check that knots are fully bleached (no residual black spots) while maintaining knot strength to prevent hair loss.
• Size & Fit Calibration: Every toupee/wig is measured against standard and custom size specifications to ensure precise fit – ±0.5cm tolerance only for all dimensions.
• First Final Inspection (Post-Production): Upon completion of manufacturing, each product undergoes a comprehensive 1st full inspection covering all quality metrics (craftsmanship, fit, appearance) – any defects are corrected immediately before moving to packaging.
• Pre-Shipping Final Check: Before dispatch, every packaged product undergoes a 2nd final verification to confirm no damage occurred during packaging, and all quality standards are met – with a quality certification label included for traceability.
Beyond the 2 mandatory inspections per product, we also conduct random batch sampling tests (10% of each production run) and maintain a QC database to track product performance and continuously improve our processes. Our QC team consists of experienced professionals with over 5 years of industry expertise, trained to identify even the smallest defects before products reach our customers.
