• Stock Hair Systems
Stock hair system orders may be cancelled prior to shipping.
Orders without curling, haircut, or base-cut services: full refund.
Orders with curling, haircut, or base-cut services: partial refund.

• Custom Hair Systems
Custom hair systems are handmade to your personal specifications.
If you request cancellation before shipment or during production, a partial refund may apply depending on the production stage and costs already incurred, including materials and labor.

Returns
You have a 14-day legal right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. We also offer a 30-day voluntary return policy for eligible items. See Cancellation & Returns on website.  Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

• Returns due to quality issues or incorrect items:
AIRAO HAIR will cover all return shipping costs and customs duties.

• Returns due to personal reasons:
Return shipping costs and customs duties are the customer’s responsibility.

Please contact AIRAO HAIR to receive the return address and instructions before sending the item back. AIRAO HAIR shall not be liable for any loss or damage during return transit.
