Stock hair system orders may be cancelled prior to shipping.
Orders without curling, haircut, or base-cut services: full refund.
Orders with curling, haircut, or base-cut services: partial refund.

• Custom Hair Systems
Custom hair systems are handmade to your personal specifications.
If you request cancellation before shipment or during production, a partial refund may be issued based on the current production stage.

Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

• Returns due to quality issues or incorrect items:
AIRAO HAIR will cover all return shipping costs and customs duties.

• Returns due to personal reasons:
Return shipping costs and customs duties are the customer’s responsibility.

Please contact AIRAO HAIR to obtain the return address.
If you return the item on your own, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
AIRAO HAIR shall not be liable for any loss or damage during return transit.
