Q: Can I dye or color my human hair system?
A: Human hair systems can generally be dyed or colored, but the results depend on the original hair color, hair quality, and previous coloring treatments. Darkening the hair is usually easier than lightening it. Lightening the hair is particularly difficult because the hair has usually already been colored during the production process. Further bleaching may not achieve the desired shade and can cause dryness, breakage, or other damage.
If you want to change the hair color, we recommend having the coloring done by an experienced professional who understands how to work with hair systems. Always use suitable hair color products and avoid harsh chemical treatments that may affect the hair or base material.
Please note that some hair systems containing grey synthetic fibers cannot be dyed in the same way as natural human hair. Synthetic fibers may not absorb hair dye, so the final color may be uneven if the system contains a mixture of human hair and synthetic grey hair.
If you need a specific color or grey percentage, please contact AIRAO HAIR before ordering. We offer different color options and can help you choose a suitable hair system based on your requirements.
